The only slight side effect is that the Adipose will consume more and more of you until you dissolve. But you'll forgive it immediately when you look into its cute fat face with the one-toothed smile. ;)
In case your weight or anything else is bothering you, you can vent your frustration on the incredibly soft Adipose. Unlike fit muscle tissue, fat doesn't mind being kneaded and pinched, and thanks to its cuddly wobbliness, it's much better suited for that. Unlike stress toys made of soft foam, the Adipose is made of specially filled rubber, making it really, truly soft and... fatty and slack. :) As if it had slipped right out of a well-nourished belly. Like its role model, it has gray-white skin, but it doesn't make grease stains!
You shouldn't overdo it, but the Adipose can be kneaded and deformed quite a bit. Squeeze it into a fat ball or let it groove a bit. The rest of the time it will motivate you not to move too much again, because with excessive exercise you drive away both your good mood and cute body fat creatures.
